9:00am Crissy Field (SF)- GG Bridge & Marin routes:
- Route A: 43 miles with 1,700 feet of climbing. Paradise Drive loop (add 6 miles and 800 feet of climbing if doing Marin Headlands).
- Route B: 22 miles with 1,000 feet of climbing, vanilla ride to end of bike path at Richardson Bay (add 6 miles if doing Marin Headlands).
- Route C: 36 miles with 1,300 feet of climbing- Tiburon.
Note: Routes A & C have lunch at the Shark Deli in Tiburon.
Ride Details: Crissy Field (SF) & various Marin Loops
Directions to the starting point:
Via Mapquest/GPS:Sports Basement, 610 Mason Street, SF.
Go to beach access parking near the bathroom building with wind sock.
From Oakland/East Bay-
a. 80 West over the SF / Oakland Bay Bridge.
b. In SF, take the 9th Street/Civic Center exit.
c. Going down the off ramp, tend to the RIGHT, go STRAIGHT onto Harrison.
d. Go one block and turn RIGHT onto 9th Street. Work your way to the left lane.
e. After crossing Market Street, turn LEFT onto Hayes Street.
f. One block after Van Ness Avenue, turn RIGHT onto Franklin Street.
g. Straight on Franklin Street until it ends… turn LEFT onto Bay Street.
h. Go three blocks, turn RIGHT onto Laguna Street.
i. Follow Laguna and it becomes Marina Blvd. as you tend LEFT at the famous Marina Safeway.
j. Continue on Marina Blvd., getting into the right lane. After the Yacht Harbor, DO NOT enter the freeway on-ramp to the GG Bridge, but…
k. Tend to the right and enter the Crissy Field/GGNRA.
l. After entering Crissy Field, take the first RIGHT and it will take you to the paved parking for the beach.
m. Unload your bike and continue with this adventure. Bathrooms and water at windsock.
From below SF-
1. 101 North.
2. Take the 7th Street exit and turn LEFT onto 7th
Street.
3. After going under the Freeway, turn LEFT onto Harrison Street.
4. Go two blocks and turn RIGHT onto 9th Street. Work your way to the left lane.
5. Follow the directions above beginning at “e”.

Saturday, March 29: Mary’s Annual Birthday ride with the Delta Peddlers
Start at 9:00am in Livermore for an awesome Mines Road adventure. (Note: This is a rescheduling of the March 15th event)Ride Page
Route A: 59.5 miles out-and-back (AKA: up-and-up), 4,080 feet of climbing (2,860 to junction/lunch, 1,220 return).
Route B: ?? miles, turn back when ever you need/want to.
Route C: Windmills of Livermore (Altamont Pass)- 32 miles with 1,700 feet of climbing.
It is a two+ water bottle ride/adventure.
Route D: Patterson Pass/Corral Hollow Loop- 43.3 miles with 2,710 feet of climbing.
Food, beverages and restroom available at the Junction (29.5 miles).
Directions to starting point (be there by 8:45am):
Meet at Livermore Library (part of Library/Court House/Civic Center complex)…
East bay & West Bay riders take 580E towards Stockton and in Livermore, take the Livermore Ave exit.
Turn Right (South) at 1st light (Livermore Ave South).
About 2 miles, on Left side of street is the Library (Just after Pacific Ave).
Park on the S Livermore Ave. Restroom in the library (if it is open) or stop at gas station after 580 exit. Or Emil Villas in shopping center. Plus, public bathrooms available 1 mile south at sports field complex.
