SUMMARY:Berkeley: Bay Bridge & Treasure Island Exploration -CANCELLED FOR WEATHER
DESCRIPTION:RIDE IS CANCELLED. SIGNIFICANT RAIN FORCAST AS WELL AS NUMEROUS ENVIRONMENTAL HAZARDS PRESENT \nFirst ride of the season. Very light duty to accommodate new riders and to freshen up the legs of the more experienced ones. \nThe Bay Bridge trail and possible tour of Treasure Island (A 16 mile loop with 235 ft of climbing minimum).  We can do cross streets and explore for shops\, restaurants\, etc. Note: The route on the island will be determined when we ride. \nStarting point is Berkeley Marina\, 201 University Av — first parking lot on the left as you enter the marina \nAny changes in this ride\, including cancellation\, due to weather or other evil doing will be posted on the cycling4fun.com website by 7:00am the day of the ride. \nArrive by 8:15am and be prepared to depart at 8:30am. Cue sheets/Directions will be on the vehicle windshield for late arrivals. Look for a vehicle in the parking area with an orange traffic cone on top. Ride leader is Bob Carlson.
