The Alpine Dam loop (featuring the 7 Itch-Bays). This is the clockwise direction.

44.8 miles  Climbing = 3603 ft.  Need some extra work??  Ride to the Mt Tam summit = additional 6 mi and 800 ft climbing to total 51 miles and 4403 ft.
