This ride has both an A and B option. Both options start and end in the Danville Sycamore Valley Park & Ride at Hyw 680 and Sycamore Valley Rd, Danville. Both options will have a significant climb to test your resolve.

A OPTION –  For those fast riders or others needing a bigger significant workout we have B route below plus the climb to the top of Mt Diablo from the junction. Return the same way as the B group (north gate). 40 miles and 3,880 feet of climbing to include the summit.

B OPTION –  Basic loop through the South gate to the Junction and descending via the North Gate: 31.4 miles with 2,320 feet of climbing.
