Starting at Orinda BART we travel to Crockett and cross bridge #1. Follow shoreline to Benicia to cross bridge #2. Then we head to the three bears which we climb on our way back to the Orinda BART.  53 miles, 4,585 climbing

Please arrive at the start by 8:15am to prepare for an 8:30am departure. Cue sheets/Directions will be on the windshield for late arrivals. Look for a vehicle in the parking area with an orange traffic cone on top. Ride leader is Bob Carlson. Helmets required
