San Mateo: Portola Valley or LaHonda Loops – Cancelation Info below
March 11 @ 9:00 am - March 12 @ 1:00 pm
ARE WE RIDING?? – maybe The prediction is a 70% chance of participation but less than a tenth of an inch total amount. This translates to a light shower or two. Good news is that the temps will be in the 60s with 5 mph wind, so hypothermia is not likely. Recent rain patterns have been very spotty with rain strong in some areas and not present in others regardless of the forecast. SO . . . it is your choice to ride or not (as always). I will be at the start and plan on riding the short loop if it is not raining at the time. But if you are not comfortable in risking rain; I will see you next week. START TIME MOVED TO 9am.
RIDE A – Edgewood/LaHonda/Skyline Loop: 32.8 miles, 2890 ft This loop has the challenging LaHonda climb to condition well rested legs. Cue sheets, detailed map, and garmin download here: https://ridewithgps.com/routes/31639504
For those needing a little less of a challenge we offer:
